My gardening skills…are highly questionable

Plunder

My beloved in laws flew out from Ohio to visit us this past July, and Frank IV’s mother, Judy, plundered some of my plants, taking cuttings of stems and leaves for replanting. There are certain types of plants one doesn’t need the roots and buds to start growth. I’ve witnessed Judy command her husband, Franklin III, to stop the car, from which she emerged to steal some leaves from geraniums in the landscaped parking lot of Columbus mall. And I’ve see it happen more than once. I would never have guessed that her great criminal passion is stealing cuttings. Call the fuzz!

Most of the cuttings Judy took were from a variety of sedums I have from ground cover to larger ornamental plants.

REPLANTED LOOT!

REPLANTED LOOT!

The larger sedums tend to bloom in late summer and early fall. In this series of photos that follows I promise CATS! And my white chicken legs.
